NuWay Car Wash - Unlimited Wash Club

Terms & Conditions:

The Unlimited Wash Club program is per vehicle. Each membership may be used once per day, exclusively for the enrolled vehicle, and only at 269 Margaret Street and 321 Cornelia Street locations (unless otherwise notified). Unlimited memberships paid via debit or credit card will be automatically billed monthly on the original enrollment date. NuWay Car Wash reserves the right to change membership pricing and these Terms & Conditions at any time. Listed prices do not include tax; applicable sales tax will be added each month. Members enrolling between the 29th and 31st of a month will be billed on the 28th of each following month.

Cancellation Policy: To cancel a month-to-month membership, you must notify NuWay Car Wash at least seven (7) days before your billing date to avoid being charged for the next month. Cancellations or membership changes may take up to seven (7) days to process from the date a completed form is submitted. No partial refunds are provided. To cancel your membership, you must use one of the following three methods for your cancellation to be considered valid. Visit a participating location and complete a cancellation form, or Call 518.563.1850 and speak with a team member, or Email info@nuwaycarwash.com with your cancellation request. If a payment is declined, you must provide an alternate card to maintain your membership. The billing date will remain unchanged. Members may upgrade their package at any time.

Vehicle Enrollment and RFID Policy: Each vehicle must have its own individual membership. If a membership is found being used for multiple vehicles without authorization, the member will be: Charged for unauthorized washes, Subject to membership cancellation, and Charged a $75 termination fee. Memberships may be transferred to a new vehicle once per year at no charge. Additional transfers will incur a $5 transfer fee. A $5 replacement fee applies for lost, stolen, or damaged RFID tags. RFID tags or stickers must be securely affixed to the windshield; any tampering will result in a $5 replacement fee.

Operational Conditions: NuWay Car Wash may close temporarily due to weather, holidays, maintenance, or other unforeseen circumstances (“acts of God”). Memberships will not be extended, credited, or refunded for such closures. The Unlimited Wash Club cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or coupons. This membership is valid only at NuWay Car Wash locations in Plattsburgh, NY (269 Margaret Street and 321 Cornelia Street). Xtreme and Ceramic packages are redeemable exclusively at the 321 Cornelia Street location - Coming soon to 269 Margaret Street location.

Privacy and Communication: Providing an email address or cell phone number for text notifications is optional but recommended. By enrolling, you consent to receive service notifications via email and/or text message. NuWay Car Wash respects your privacy and will never sell or share your personal information.

Dispute Resolution and Payment Issues: Any disputes or claims related to your membership (including billing, cancellation, or service quality) must first be addressed through informal negotiation with NuWay Car Wash. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), to take place in Plattsburgh, NY. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. If you believe a charge on your account is incorrect, please contact NuWay Car Wash immediately to resolve the issue. If a credit card dispute (chargeback) is filed without first contacting us, you may be assessed a $25 administrative fee in addition to any outstanding amounts owed. Repeated payment disputes may result in membership termination and may be reported to credit bureaus.
