Unlimited Wash Club

Terms & Conditions:

The Unlimited Wash Club program is per vehicle. The membership may be used once per day only, exclusively on the vehicle for which it was purchased, and solely at our 269 Margaret Street and 321 Cornelia Street locations unless otherwise notified. Unlimited memberships paid via debit or credit card will be billed monthly on the enrollment date. NuWash Car Wash reserves the right to change the monthly membership price and the Terms & Conditions at any time. The listed monthly price is plus tax. Tax will be added to your total each month. Members enrolling from the 29th to the 31st of the month will be charged every 28th of the month.

If you wish to cancel your month-to-month membership, you must notify NuWash Car Wash at least seven (7) days before your billing date to avoid charges for the upcoming month. All cancellations and membership changes may take up to seven (7) days to process from the date a completed form is submitted. No partial refunds will be provided. To cancel your membership, you must visit a participating location and complete a cancellation form. In the event of a card decline, an alternate card is required to maintain the account, and the billing date remains unchanged. Members are welcome to upgrade their package at any time.

You must enroll each vehicle you plan on washing. If you are found using multiple vehicles without notifying NuWash Car Wash, you will be charged for the washes not used on the primary vehicle, your membership will be canceled, and you will be charged a $75 termination fee. The membership is transferable to a new vehicle once per year at no charge. Subsequent transfers will incur a $5 transfer fee. A $5 replacement fee applies for lost, stolen, or damaged RFID tags. RFID tags or stickers must be securely affixed to the windshield. Any evidence of tampering will result in a $5 replacement fee.

NuWash Car Wash reserves the right to terminate the program at any time. Providing a valid email address and/or cell phone number for text messaging is optional but recommended. By enrolling, you consent to receive notifications via email and/or text messages. NuWash Car Wash respects your privacy and will not sell or disclose your personal information.

NuWash Car Wash may close due to weather, holidays, equipment maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances (“acts of God”). Memberships will not be extended or credited for such closures. The Unlimited Wash Club cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or coupons. This membership is valid only at our 269 Margaret Street and 321 Cornelia Street locations in Plattsburgh, NY. Xtreme and Ceramic packages are exclusively redeemable at the 321 Cornelia Street location.

Dispute Resolution and Payment Issues

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes or claims arising from your membership, including but not limited to billing, cancellation, or service quality, shall first be addressed through informal negotiation with NuWash Car Wash. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration shall take place in Plattsburgh, NY. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

Payment Disputes: If you believe a charge on your account is incorrect, you must notify NuWash Car Wash immediately. Members are encouraged to resolve billing issues directly with us before initiating a credit card dispute. If a credit card dispute (“chargeback”) is filed without prior communication, you may be subject to a $25 fee in addition to any amounts owed for services rendered. Repeated payment disputes may result in the termination of your membership and may be reported to credit bureaus.

By enrolling in the Unlimited Wash Club, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions, including the cancellation, dispute resolution, and payment dispute policies outlined above.
